Read the product page and the pricing page before you buy. Access starts as soon as the payment goes through, and purchases are not refunded.

Immediate access

Checkout asks you to tick a box before you can pay. By ticking it you ask for access to start immediately after payment and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts. This applies to buyers in the European Union and everywhere else. We store that confirmation with your purchase.

What you get

Each purchase includes the selected book and its companion files as protected downloads with updates, and 90 days of access to Guided Practice and the online reader, counted from the date of purchase. It is a single payment and does not start a subscription. After those days the book, the companion files and their updates stay yours: sign in and download the current edition any time. Guided Practice and the reader are what end after 90 days, unless you continue with the membership.

Membership

The membership renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Each payment is final for the period paid, and a cancelled period is not refunded in part.

If something is wrong on our side

Email us if you were charged twice for the same order or if you paid and cannot reach what you bought. We restore your access, or cancel the duplicate charge. This does not affect any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
